Hello, Lemonaders!

I am declaring May as Mother's Month. I know that mothers are normally celebrated on one Sunday of this month, but it wouldn't hurt to spread the celebration for 31 days. God thinks that mothers are so important that Jesus had a mother. God has blessed us to have biological mothers, stepmothers, mothers-in-law, adoptive mothers, spiritual mothers, and other women that mentor us in a motherly way. Even if you do not or did not have the best relationship with your mother, still take the time to thank God for her.

Proverbs 31 is often referred as a description of a virtuous woman. Beginning today and everyday this month I will post a verse from this chapter in the bible. If you will, please choose one of those days and post a poem, picture, or heart-felt words about your mother. In addition, if you are a mom, you can also post a picture of you and your children or tell us what you love most about being a mom. Let's take the time to celebrate mothers.
