African American Inventions

February is often referred to Love Month and is celebrated as Black History Month. As many will reflect on the accomplishments of African Americans during this time, let us not forget that we are able to enjoy so much because of the sacrifices of others. Below you will see just a few of the items that African Americans invented. As you will also see, we still use and eat a lot of these items today!
